You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of event coverage, promotional content, or marketing materials. By entering the premises, you grant Tampa Bay Inferno and its partners the unrestricted right to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance in any media format, now or in the future, without compensation or additional consent.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Social media content
• Website and digital media
• Advertising and promotional campaigns

If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.
